The Grand Sea View Hotel is located in Nathon town, right by the sandy Nathon Beach, on the west coast of Samui and within walking distance of local shops, souvenir shops, restaurants, and a public bus station. Within 45 minutes on public transport of the hotel guests will find several attractions including the Grandfather and Grandmother Rock and the Big Buddha Temple. It is about a 30-minute drive from Chaweng Beach and Samui Airport.
This beach hotel is designed in a simple Thai style, furnished with wooden furniture and fittings and is perfect for a relaxing break. It was renovated in 2007 and comprises a total of 59 rooms, a garden and a terrace. Facilities on offer to guests at this air-conditioned establishment include a lobby area with a special reception desk open all day long, a hotel safe, a currency exchange facility, lift access, a restaurant, conference facilities and Internet access (for an additional fee). Guests may also take advantage of the room and laundry services and there is parking available for those arriving by car.
The guest rooms are decorated in simple Thai style. In-room amenities include air conditioning, TV, a telephone, a safe and a king-size or single bed. Bathrooms have a bathtub with an overhead shower. Furthermore, a direct dial telephone, Internet access and a minibar are provided in all accommodation as standard. There are 6 room types: standard city view, standard sea view, superior city view, superior sea view, deluxe sea view and 2 junior suites.
The hotel is located on the sandy romantic sunset beach, just a 10-minute canoe trip (charges apply) along the shore line from the mangrove forest where guests can explore nature up close in the mangrove forest. Thai massage is available in guests' rooms. The hotel provides guests with the use of sun loungers and parasols. It is also possible to enjoy rowing (charges apply).
Guests can enjoy the inclusive room rate buffet breakfast whilst savouring the panoramic view from the top floor and order a full board menu for lunch or dinner at the hotel restaurant. The special reception desk is open all day long.
